In this hectic routine mundane world.. many has forgotten the NEED AND WAYS TO BREATHE PROPER... There are 3 types of breathing.. shallow, medium and deep breathing.... Those who are always breathless when at work or at games.. actually are starving our body cells of OXYGEN... how can we live without OXYGEN? Go for long, deep breathing please.... as often as possible.. even now you can do it... it helps relaxes us so much...
