The mother of all anti-oxidants... glutathione [taken from collective evolution]
We have all heard of antioxidants, but
have we heard of the mother of all antioxidants? One that is the secret
to prevent cancer, heart disease, aging, neurological issues and more?
This single antioxidant has been studied in great depth yet most of us
know nothing about it and many doctors have no idea how to address the
epidemic of its deficiency in humans.
We are of course talking about

1. Consume sulfur-rich foods. The
main ones in the diet are garlic, onions and the cruciferous vegetables

2. Try bioactive whey protein. This

glutathione synthesis. As you know, I am not a big fan of dairy,
but this is an exception — with a few warnings. The whey protein MUST
be bioactive and made from non-denatured proteins (“denaturing” refers
to the breakdown of the normal protein structure). Choose
non-pasteurized and non-industrially produced milk that contains no
pesticides, hormones, or antibiotics. Immunocal is a prescription

3. Exercise boosts your glutathione levels and

4. N-acetyl-cysteine. This
has been used for years to help treat asthma and lung disease and to

5. Alpha lipoic acid. This is a close second to

I wonder if we can still understand more than those lower animals... I wonder if we can react and adapt to unforeseen changes... I wonder if we can be as human as once upon a time we were... I wonder if we still can cry when sad or shocked...
I wonder if we can still understand and feel..
more than those lower animals...those 'goats'..
those who never washed before eating..
those who never built houses and iron gates..
those who never had rules and laws to follow...
those who keep good relationships with their breed..
I wonder if we can still react and adapt...
peacefully and lovingly with one another...
without breaking and fighting or throwing 'stones'..
and make peace within ourselves to unforeseen changes
without complains, or corruptions, without much laws and rules...
Where are there rules and laws governing these 'goats'?
I wonder if we can still be as humane...
yes, as once upon a time we all were...
I wonder what and how our hearts been filled with.....
I wonder where our inner wisdom and conscience been..
It's ironical if we were asked about this small question..
How long have we not hug our siblings or loved ones?
