Understanding Duality.... is being in the state of imperfection in contrast yet in its perfecting stage....

No matter how dark or how down.. LIGHT WILL SOON ARRIVE and no darkness then can prevail.. Once light is on, darkness must give way...

There are few black dots/dirt on that piece of white paper... focus not on that black dot/dirt of which is normal to have but the 90% of the white.. more important is that we ourselves be those white parts..

The more detached a person is the lighter the burdens of life be..

2015.. soon entering 2016.... this feeling of awesomeness... as we look around and see and feel and do more right... the level of consciousness is rising.. it's towards a better greater many tomorrows..... It's the magical NOW we are experiencing... be in bliss... the awakening of ONENESS... is the new NORMAL..

All of us have business minds, geared towards achieving our goals but then never forget our spiritual common sense... our purpose of life.. and how we can give or contribute instead of just getting or taking..

If ... if.. I say if... one day money, power, status, fame or recognition just disappeared and left you just an ordinary person.. what can one give or share? What then is of most importance and vital to you? What can you do or be?

Do you know when?  it's when lying on one's deathbeds... we all will be.. that very moment...

Have this ability of the chameleon.. adapting and changing to survive..... LEARN from MOTHER NATURE...

AQ to the rescue... adversity quotient...

Give hope, sprinkle hope..HOPE gives people the strength to move on...

A compassionate heart feels and hears the mixed emotions of his or her neighbours clearly... in this nation wide crisis.. we hear anguish, desperated souls, trying and crying people, competiting beings, anxious parents and siblings, feeling of rejections, unjust and mistreated attacks, regrets, manupilated situations, hopelessness. silenced injustice, surpressed anger, complains and more.... It's not a good sign and this unhealthy situations does more harm than help.. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE...

There are things that we know that we don't know and things we don't know that we don't know....thus this situation of not knowing of many things.. so start searching and get to know the truth of the unknown...

Assess not of how and what a person's appearance is but on what is found inside one's minds and hearts...

COMPASSION is the KING of all emotions... to be feeling and felt of self,others and environment is of great importance for us to grow and glow...

CRISIS either make or break many of us.... Choose to grow and glow from it.... ACCEPT.. ADAPT and CHANGE.. for the better and greater.... SURVIVE first...
